Prepare your recipient details and complete EZ WAY identity verification when requesting delivery. Once a customs notification arrives, review the shipment details and confirm the authorization. Request delivery Sign in to CARDZ.game, select the cards you want to ship from your Backpack, and follow the on-screen steps to submit your request and pay for shipping. The shipping fee shown at the time of your request applies. Shipping fees are paid using the options shown for your delivery request. Under the Social Sharing Reward free-shipping campaign, PTS credited after manual approval can be used to pay card delivery fees. Wait for the approved PTS to appear before paying shipping fees or submitting the request. This campaign does not authorize shipping payment with Gems. Prepare your recipient details Check that the following information is complete and correct: * **Recipient's legal name:** use the same name as the identity document and EZ WAY registration. * **Taiwan mobile number:** use the number registered with EZ WAY and make sure it can receive notifications. * **Full delivery address and postal code:** include the city or county, district, street, building number, floor and unit. Provide an English address for the international carrier. * **Identity details needed for customs:** provide the document type and number requested by the shipping form or carrier, such as a Taiwan national ID or resident certificate number. Support will ask you to supply any missing information. If a name, phone number or address is incorrect, contact Support promptly to check whether it can be corrected. Submit identity information only through the verified channel specified by CARDZ Support, the carrier or the customs broker. Do not post full identity numbers or document images in public groups. ## 3. Identity verification and authorization for each shipment are separate steps. After registering, continue to watch for the shipment's customs authorization notification. If you cannot use EZ WAY, or the carrier requires a formal customs declaration or other documents, contact Support or the carrier to confirm the applicable procedure. ## 4. Confirm the customs authorization After the customs broker uploads the shipment details, open **海關實名委任** in EZ WAY and select the relevant import record: 1. Check the recipient, goods and declaration details. 2. If everything is correct, follow the prompts to select **申報相符** and complete the authorization. 3. If the details are wrong or the shipment is unfamiliar, do not confirm a match. Contact the customs broker. Notifications depend on when the broker uploads the record. If no record appears, check that your identity verification, name and registered mobile number are correct, then contact the carrier. Shipments subject to advance authorization require confirmation before the import declaration can proceed. ## 5. Track and receive your parcel CARDZ will email your tracking number after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Watch for carrier and EZ WAY notifications, respond to customs requests, and have your identity document ready to sign for delivery in person. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient pays destination import duties, taxes, and carrier disbursement or handling fees. CARDZ declares the cards at fair market value. We do not accept requests to under-declare the value or mark the shipment as a gift. Processing, dispatch and arrival times are estimates and may change because of item preparation, carrier availability or customs clearance. After the broker uploads the shipment, the record under **海關實名委任** in EZ WAY shows the house waybill number (**分提單號**) and broker contact details. This number may differ from the parcel tracking number. If no record is available, give the carrier your tracking number and ask for assistance. ### What should I provide when asking for help? Email with your CARDZ registered email or UID, shipping request reference, and a description of the issue. Include the tracking number if the parcel has been dispatched. Mask unnecessary identity details in screenshots. ## Before-shipping checklist * Recipient name, mobile number, address and required customs details are complete. * EZ WAY identity verification is complete, with the same name and mobile number as the shipping request. * You are ready to respond to customs authorization notifications and pay any applicable import charges.
