# Optional Wallet & Multi-Chain Features

Cardz.game is primarily an account-based collecting platform. Most Users purchase Points through the payment methods available in their region, including approved payment providers such as Stripe.

Optional wallet and multi-chain features remain available in supported regions for Users who prefer them.

### 1. Sign-In

Users may sign in using the account methods shown in the Service. Where wallet connection is available, supported wallets are displayed in the interface.

If you use a self-custodial wallet, you are responsible for protecting your private keys, seed phrase, and wallet access. Cardz.game cannot recover a self-custodial wallet.

### 2. Multi-Chain Deposits

Where available, the Service may support deposits through multiple networks. Supported assets, networks, minimums, confirmation requirements, and fees are shown at the time of the transaction.

Network availability may include Sui, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Tron, or other supported networks and may change over time.

Always use the network and destination shown in the Service. Transfers sent using an unsupported network, asset, or destination may be unrecoverable.

### 3. Account Balance

Card payments, supported deposits, and other funding methods credit the User's account balance according to the terms shown in the Service. Available display units and withdrawal eligibility depend on the original source and region, as described in the Terms of Service.

### 4. Withdrawals

Where offered, withdrawals are subject to the supported networks, minimums, fees, holding periods, identity verification, and security review shown in the Service.

Points, Gems, Buyback proceeds, and balances derived from them do not become withdrawable merely because the display unit or region changes.

### 5. Network Risk

Transactions sent through external networks may be delayed or become irreversible after confirmation. The User is responsible for checking the asset, network, and destination before confirming a transaction.

For the controlling rules, read the Terms of Service.
