# Opening Packs

Cardz.game offers several ways to open and collect. The exact contents, number of draws, value tiers, guarantees, and odds are shown on each pack page before you open.

## Choose an Opening Mode

### Pokémon

Draw one Pokémon card or graded slab from the disclosed pool for the selected value. This is the direct one-result format previously presented as a lootbox.

### One Piece

Draw one One Piece card or graded slab from the disclosed pool for the selected value. This follows the same one-result structure as Pokémon, with its own pool and tier odds.

### Cardz Original

Cardz Original packs use curated pools and can include more than cards. Depending on the pack, possible items may include graded slabs, raw cards, booster boxes, plushies, or other collectibles.

You can select between 1 and 5 draws in one opening where the pack supports multi-draw. Each selected draw is allocated separately from the disclosed pool.

### Limited Card Pack

Limited Card Packs simulate a traditional trading-card pack opening. One opening may produce multiple Cards, with the minimum guaranteed hit or value tier shown on the pack page.

### Fragments

Fragments are built around progression. Collect the required unique fragments for a featured Card, then combine the completed set so it can be managed as that Card.

## Open Online

Choose the eligible balance shown for the pack. Most packs use Points; selected promotional packs may use Gems.

The result is allocated when the opening is completed. The animation reveals the result already assigned to your collection.

For multi-draw openings, each draw produces its own result. The results are added to your collection together after the opening.

## Decide What to Do Next

After opening, available actions depend on the pack and Card:

### Keep it in your collection

Cards can remain in your collection indefinitely while your account remains active and in good standing. There is currently no holding fee.

### Buyback

Eligible Cards may receive a Buyback offer. Buyback availability and pricing are shown in the Service and may change. Cards obtained using Gems are not eligible for Buyback.

### Ship it

Request tracked physical delivery when you are ready. Shipping fees are paid using the options shown for your delivery request. Under the Social Sharing Reward free-shipping campaign, PTS credited after manual approval can be used to pay card delivery fees. Wait for the approved PTS to appear before paying shipping fees or submitting the request. This campaign does not authorize shipping payment with Gems. ## Build and Track a Shipment

Select the Cards you want delivered and confirm your shipping details. Items are checked and packed before dispatch. A tracking number is provided when the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Customs duties, VAT, GST, tariffs, import taxes, and courier handling fees may apply based on the destination.
