# How Cardz.game Works

Cardz.game is an online collecting experience built around a simple loop: choose an opening mode, review the pool and odds, open online, then keep, sell back, or ship eligible Cards.

## Choose How You Want to Open

Cardz.game offers five main opening formats:

* **Pokémon:** one Pokémon card or graded slab per draw.
* **One Piece:** one One Piece card or graded slab per draw.
* **Cardz Original:** curated pools that may include cards, slabs, booster boxes, plushies, and other collectibles, with 1 to 5 draws where supported.
* **Limited Card Pack:** a simulated trading-card pack opening with multiple pulls and a disclosed minimum guaranteed hit or value tier.
* **Fragments:** collect the required unique pieces for a featured Card and combine the completed set.

Each pack page shows the potential contents, rarity-tier odds, value ranges, number of draws, and any minimum guarantee before you open.

## Open Online

Open with the eligible balance shown for the pack. Most packs use Points; selected promotional packs may use Gems.

The result is allocated when the opening completes, and the animation reveals the result already assigned to your collection.

## Manage Your Collection

After opening, you can:

* Keep Cards in your collection indefinitely;
* Accept an available Buyback offer for eligible Cards; or
* Request tracked physical delivery.

Cards obtained using Gems are not eligible for Buyback.

## Ship When You Are Ready

Select the Cards you want delivered and confirm your shipping details. Shipping fees are paid using the options shown for your delivery request. Under the Social Sharing Reward free-shipping campaign, PTS credited after manual approval can be used to pay card delivery fees. Wait for the approved PTS to appear before paying shipping fees or submitting the request. This campaign does not authorize shipping payment with Gems. Items are checked and packed before dispatch. A tracking number is provided when the shipment is handed to the carrier. Customs duties and destination taxes may apply.
