# Fragments System

### 1. Overview

Fragments let you work toward grail-level cards one piece at a time. Select Mystery Packs may contain Fragments instead of a completed Card.

A Fragment is an in-Service collectible piece associated with a featured Card. It is not a fractional ownership interest in a Physical Item. Collect the required unique fragments to complete the set and unlock the corresponding Card in your collection.

### 2. Fragment Sets

Each featured Card has a defined set of unique fragments. The required pieces are shown in the Service. For a nine-piece set, the User must collect one of each unique piece (No. 1 through No. 9). Duplicate copies of the same number do not complete the set.

### 3. How to Combine

1. Open your Collection and navigate to Fragments.
2. Select the featured Card you are building.
3. Select all required unique fragments.
4. Confirm the combination.

After the combination is confirmed, the required fragments are consumed and the completed Card is added to your collection.

### 4. Options After Completion

Once a set has been combined, the completed Card can be managed like other eligible Cards:

* **Keep:** leave it in your collection indefinitely.
* **Buyback:** accept a Buyback offer where available. Pricing and availability are shown in the Service.
* **Ship:** request tracked physical delivery. Shipping fees are paid using the options shown for your delivery request. Under the Social Sharing Reward free-shipping campaign, PTS credited after manual approval can be used to pay card delivery fees. Wait for the approved PTS to appear before paying shipping fees or submitting the request. This campaign does not authorize shipping payment with Gems. There is no separate exchange-for-Points option beyond any Buyback offer shown in the Service.

### 5. Duplicates and Incomplete Sets

Duplicate and incomplete fragments may remain in your collection while you look for missing pieces. A single Fragment does not entitle the User to delivery of a partial Physical Item.

Individual fragments may receive a Buyback offer where shown in the Service. Availability and value may differ from the completed Card and are not guaranteed.
