Non-Affiliation Disclaimer Cardz.game is an independent online retailer of authentic trading cards and collectibles. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with: * Nintendo Co., Ltd., The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. (Pokémon) * Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha Inc., and Toei Animation Co., Ltd. (One Piece) * Bandai Namco (One Piece Card Game) * Yukinobu Tatsu and Shueisha Inc. (DANDADAN) * Konami (Yu-Gi-Oh!) * Wizards of the Coast (Magic: The Gathering) or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other rights holders whose products appear on the platform. The official websites for these companies can be found at their respective domains. The names Pokémon, One Piece, DANDADAN, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh!, as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images, are registered trademarks of their respective owners. ### 2. Third-Party Trademarks and Fair Use We use third-party trademarks, logos, and product images solely to identify the specific physical goods available on our platform. Our use of these materials constitutes nominative fair use and is protected by first-sale and exhaustion-of-rights principles. These legal principles allow the owner of a legally purchased physical item to resell that item and to use the manufacturer's name and imagery to accurately describe the product to potential buyers. We do not claim any ownership over the third-party artwork, character designs, or lore featured on the products. All rights to the underlying intellectual property remain with the original rights holders. ### 3. Cardz.game Intellectual Property While we do not own the products' artwork, Cardz.game retains full ownership of the following platform assets: * The Platform: the source code, database structures, website architecture, and application design. * Branding: the "Cardz.game" name, logo, site layout, custom graphics, and user interface designs. * Original Content: any original characters, mascots, blog posts, or marketing copy created by our team. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform or original content without our written permission. ### 4. Collectibles, Merchandise and Rights Items you can win or collect on Cardz.game are not limited to trading cards. Depending on the pack or mystery box, items may include graded and ungraded trading cards, sealed trading-card products, figures, and other collectible merchandise. The specific item types available are described on each pack or box page before you open it. When you acquire an item in your collection on Cardz.game, you are acquiring a collectible item that you may keep in your collection, offer back through Buyback where available, or request to have physically shipped to you, as described in our Terms of Service. You are not acquiring the copyright to the artwork or characters depicted on any item. For example, owning a card or figure representing "Pikachu" does not grant you the right to print that Pikachu image on merchandise. Ownership of any physical item transfers only upon shipment, as set out in the Terms of Service. ### 5. Copyright Infringement (DMCA) We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on our service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification to our legal team. Please include the following in your notice: * Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. * Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing. * Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email). * A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
